What are some animals as PETS that can live outside?

I want to research a pet for myself. Though we have 4 dogs and a cat, they aren鈥檛 mine. And they all live inside. My parents said OK on a pet for myself, but I must do research, earn all of the money, AND it has to be able to live outside. So what are some cool pets that can live outside all the time? So far, all I thought of was miniature cattle, but I have to make sure its legal where I am.

Thanks!|||Chickens, goats, deer, and ducks are all examples. Although you would probably need a fence,and/or a cage and somewhere they can sleep.

I really would think having a deer or a duck would be cool. Ducks are friendly, docile and Pekin ducks ( Domesticated ducks) are too heavy to fly, so you don't have to worry about it flying away. Deer are capable of jumping fences though, goats can be aggressive and chickens are quite afraid of humans.

You can also have a tortoise, since they move slow, you can try having them outside most of the day, and put them in a small cage outside at night.

You can try having a pond with frogs and fish. Some birds may also be okay if they are outside in cages.|||a rabbit? I have two that live outside with my 15 chickens :) there really fun. But you have to put the chickens in at night(i have a old barn that i used for my coop.).And for winter all the pets go inside. Goats are really funny to. im trying to get my parents to let me have a goat! It depends where you live because really if its sunny all the time you could keep any pet outside.

Hope i helped :)|||a little goat would be cute. I knew a woman once that jogged with her goat.|||chickens rabbits|||your mom can( just kidding) anything that basically can't escape!
