Should pets be allowed on the beach or should pets be strictly forbidden? Why?|||I think it would be amazing if dogs were allowed on beaches in the summer, but I also think it would be amazing if people were actually responsible enough to pick up their dog's crap and teach them proper manners so that they could actually be *taken* to the beach.
There are too many irresponsible idiots that don't clean up after their dogs, let their dogs run around off-leash with other people an animals around, and don't train their animals any manners.
So as a general rule, no, in the summer when the beaches are packed I don't think that animals should be allowed. Maybe on the off season, or after the beach closes for the day, but not while people are generally occupying it.
I think maybe beaches could be sectioned off for little "dogs only" parts with fencing, but who knows how well that would work out.
Interesting question though!|||I think it should be limited to certain beaches, leash laws should be enforced and owners should be required to pick up after pets.
I have seen dogs run away, dog fights, dogs pestering other beach visitors and dog feces contaminating the beach and ocean. Since owners don't control their dogs, there need to be restrictions so everyone can have fun.
And I am a committed dog lover and owner of two dogs.|||if ppl picked up dog droppns then theey should b alowed onbeach
