How to get your pets to bond?

I have a white tom kitten and a tabby kitten. I really hate my pets being lonely and the tom doesn't seem to like the tabby. Will he get over it or is it because both pets are new? Should i just wait it out? What should i do if they seem like they will never get along?|||You didn't specify their sexes and whether or not they are neutered. I'm assuming the "tom kitten" is an intact male, and the other one spayed/neutered.

Males will often get very territorial with one another, especially if one or both are intact. Neutering both will help.

Also try reading about proper introduction methods in cats:

In fact, you must make sure they have escape routes if they want to get away. Cats really like to sit on high points where they feel safe and can see what is going on around them.

They also need definite routines to feel safe and secure, so feed them at the same time every day and do other things regularly. Also VERY IMPORTANT: don't feed them in the same place: each cat must have its own bowl and its own little area for eating. Competition for food is a frequent cause of conflict.

Each cat should also have its own secure place for sleeping, so give each one its own bed and keep it in the same place all the time.

Once both cats feel secure, they may be able to become friends, but not before. It is possible one of them will always bully the other in a display of dominance, and in that case you must maintain those escape routes and safe places for each cat.|||i'm guessing tom is boy and tabby is girl? i'd keep an eye on them at first, but it shouldnt hurt to have them together whether they get along or not with one a boy and the other a girl. once theyve had a chance to coexist for a while they may or may not become friends; cats tend to decide for themselves whether or not they want buddies|||force them to spend timee together
